Nobody want's really to have war with guns and shooting, chemical weapons or atomic disaster...

Oh NO!

It is easier to kill people otherwise. Make them afraid of such a scenario and steal them their hope for a better life. Those who produce weapons and sell them have to make money! Those who don't pay taxes are not afraid, they believe their money is enough for them! And those who cannot afford their daily food and water will be killed automatically by diseases or quarrels with each-others.

Very good to do nothing and not to have any idea for war with spears or darts as in former times.

War could be dangerous for people with much money. Better to be peaceful, democratic and let them vote so that they are legally led to death!
